Thank you for teaching me so much about bikes, physiology and how my body is set up. I went for a short ride on the bike today and wow it feels quite different.
Especially the positioning of my feet in the shoes/pedals. I’m keen to go for a much longer ride to really settle in to it but my initial impressions are very good. I seemed to be able to generate some good power up some short hills that I ride pretty regularly – that pleased me.
