I’ve noticed a huge difference with the change in cleat position & arch support. I’m now pedaling with the whole surface area of my foot (not just my toes – especially when I remember to drop my heels!) The amount of power I can apply through a pedal stroke has increased heaps – even Rod has noticed a change in my pace!
