The bike and I feel fantastic; so much so that when I competed on Saturday at the Elite Energy Duathlon, I came 3rd in category – I got a big shiny medal 🙂 sweet!!!

It is proof that the bike fit with you was awesome! Can’t thank you enough. I’ve not had a single niggle, nothing through my shoulders and neck. More importantly – along with your hints and tips about the road – it has given me added confidence on the bike, knowing which I think has meant I’m generally more relaxed meaning my trusty stead and I have truly bonded!
